Part dance, part exercise, the TFL Technique teaches rhythmic movement to music to energise and strengthen the whole body.
Classes are fun, varied and include exercises to strengthen abdominals to achieve the 'central control' so essential for safe, effective exercise and good posture. Soon you look taller and leaner – without losing a pound!
