Central Control (core stability)
We'll help you improve your overall level of fitness with exercises for strength, stamina, flexiblility and good posture. Good posture starts with control of the core stabilising muscles. We'll encourage you to keep that good posture as you move. To put it another way, we aim for “posture in action”! |

We all know that exercise gives you that “feel good” factor. And with one of our classes you can also be sure of a warm, friendly atmosphere and a teacher who gives you personal attention. |

Our 'Just for You' dvd, contains two classes for you to try at home. It's available from the Fitness League office for £13.50.
