I’m the token male in my Fitness League class. I came to FL to help heal my hockey damaged joints. I know that it provides me with all the core work I need. I find it works well with the other activities I do and is part of my all round fitness regime. The class members are so friendly and I’m treated as one of the class. I love not being a novelty.
